How we got here
Miki Dimitrov founded ECHO in Skopje in 2016.
For ten years we built products for other companies, from Vodafone and Virgin Mobile to Coca-Cola and Profoto. We kept seeing the same problem: products built on a guess, and paid for by the hour.
So we rebuilt how we work. Every product now starts by testing the business. It gets one fixed price before the build, and it is built in small pieces the client approves each week.
