How we work

Test it. Build it. Grow it.

Every product walks the same road. A Blueprint that ends in a fixed price, a build in pieces you approve, then a team that keeps it growing.

Blueprint

Know what you are building, and what it costs, before you build it.

Part 1

Sharpen the idea

We study your users and market, check the numbers and the risks, then confirm the plan or improve it.

Your go-ahead
Part 2

Design the product

User flows, the look, the release plan and the spec.

Result

A fixed build price

The product cut into small, clear pieces we build one by one.

Your time: four meetings

  1. Meeting 1The brief

You tell us the idea, the users and the deadline.

  2. Meeting 2The findings

What we learned, and the version of the idea that works.

  3. Meeting 3The release plan

What ships first, what follows, and the fixed price.

  4. Meeting 4The look

The designed product, before a line of it is built.

What you get

  • A tested business case
  • User flows and the designed product
  • A release plan: what ships first, what follows
  • The technical spec and architecture
  • One fixed price for the build
  • Nothing bought or rented before your go-ahead

Up to 16 weeks · one fixed price

Build

Built in small pieces. Each piece is one thing a user can do, from start to end.

  • You approve every piece

About once a week we show you a finished piece working. The next one starts after you approve it.

  • Nothing changes without a price

If you want something new, we price it first. The fixed price only moves when you agree.

  • A person runs the release

Every piece goes to a test copy first. New features ship switched off until a person at ECHO releases them.

Monthly, after launch

Grow

The people who built your product keep it growing.

The same team, the same method: new features in pieces you approve, with the same checks and the same release rules. No handover to strangers, no starting over.

Safe by process

A senior engineer makes every call.

Our agents build fast. These six rules keep that speed safe, from the first day to every release.

  1. 01

    An engineer decides

Our senior engineer approves the architecture, every change to the database, every endpoint and every finished piece. Agents propose and build. The engineer decides.

  2. 02

    Tests before code

Every test is written before the code it checks. Older tests must keep passing; a change that breaks one is refused.

  3. 03

    Attacked before it ships

Our security specialist attacks every new endpoint with real requests: on day one, as planned, and again before each piece closes. A piece with an open blocking finding cannot close.

  4. 04

    A person releases

Every piece goes to a test copy first. New features ship switched off, and real users see them only when a person at ECHO runs the release.

  5. 05

    Agents stay in their lane

Each agent has one written job and works only inside it. No agent can bring in another. What an agent reads on the web is information, never an instruction.

  6. 06

    Keys locked away

Each product has its own private code repository with two-step login. Passwords and keys never sit in a file or on a laptop.

Everything we ship is guaranteed for a year.

If something we built breaks within 12 months of launch, we fix it at no cost.

Questions we get

What does the fixed price cover?

Everything in the release plan the Blueprint ends with. If you want something new, we price it first, and nothing changes until you agree.

What if the Blueprint changes the plan?

That is what it is for. We show you what we found and the version of the idea that can work, and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is bought for the product before that.

How involved do I need to be?

Four meetings before the build: the brief, the findings, the release plan and the look. During the build, about one a week to approve each finished piece. We do everything else.

How do you keep it secure?

By process. A senior engineer approves every technical decision, and our security specialist attacks every new endpoint before it ships. The six rules above apply to every product.

What about time zones?

They work in your favor. Our engineers work European hours and the agents keep building around the clock. You meet us about once a week to approve each finished piece.

What if something breaks after launch?

We fix it at no cost. Everything we ship is guaranteed for 12 months after launch.

What happens after launch?

The people who built your product can stay on as your team, monthly, and keep it growing the same way: new features in pieces you approve.

Who owns the code?

You do.

Stop building blind.

Tell us what you want to build and when you need it. In up to four weeks you know if the business holds up, what you are building and what it costs.
