The Blueprint
Know what you are building, and what it costs, before you build it.
Up to four weeks. We test the business, design the product and end with one fixed price for the build.
- weeks at most, from brief to fixed price
- 4
- parts, paid separately, with your go-ahead in between
- 2
- meetings with you; we do everything else
- 4
- fixed price for the build at the end

Why start here
Most products are built on a guess and paid for by the hour. The Blueprint answers the expensive questions first: does the business hold up, what exactly gets built, and what will it cost.
- You don’t pay for a build before you know it’s the right one.
- The build price is fixed before anything is built.
- Nothing is bought or rented for the product before your go-ahead.
How it runs
Two parts, one decision in the middle.
Sharpen the idea
We study your users and market, check the numbers and the risks, and attack the idea like a tough investor. Then we confirm the plan or improve it.
Design the product
User flows, the look, the architecture, the release plan and the spec.
A fixed build price
The product cut into small, clear pieces we build one by one.
Your time: four meetings
- Meeting 1The brief
You tell us the idea, the users and the deadline.
- Meeting 2The findings
What we learned, and the version of the idea that works.
- Meeting 3The release plan
What ships first, what follows, and the fixed price.
- Meeting 4The look
The designed product, before a line of it is built.
What you get
Everything you need to decide, and everything a team needs to build.
- A tested business case
- User flows and the designed product
- A release plan: what ships first, what follows
- The technical spec and architecture
- One fixed price for the build
- A clear yes, or the version of the idea that works
Who works on it
3 leads, 16 agents.
Each phase is led by a senior person who signs off on everything their agents produce.
Questions about the Blueprint
What does the Blueprint cost?
It depends on the size of the product. You get one fixed price for the Blueprint on the first call, before you commit to anything.
What if the Blueprint changes the plan?
That is what it is for. We show you what we found and the version of the idea that can work, and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is bought for the product before that.
Do I need a technical team?
No. We bring the engineers, designers and specialists. You bring the idea, the users and the decisions.
What happens after the Blueprint?
You decide. Go ahead with the build at the fixed price, or stop there. Part of the Blueprint price is credited if you go ahead with the build.
How involved do I need to be?
Four meetings: the brief, the findings, the release plan and the look. We do everything else.
Start your Blueprint.
It starts with a 30-minute call. We hear the idea, ask the hard questions, and you get a fixed price for the Blueprint.
